- Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2018Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseI recently purchased these spice labels for a magnetic spice jar project. What I loved most about these clear labels over the others on AMAZON, is that the name of the spice is positioned at the bottom of the label and is printed to hug the natural curve of the jar. In my case, this was especially important as the 4-oz hexagon jars I selected for this project, had raised numbers/letters on the bottom of the jars. (SEE PHOTOS)

These labels worked perfectly, as only one side of the bottom of the jar had raised lettering therefore, I was able to affix the labels so that the print was displayed on the opposite side for a smooth application.
I hope you found this review helpful :0)

- Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2013Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseI ordered cool magnetic spice jars to put on my fridge to save space, but I needed to identify each jar content so I looked for transparent labels. Not only these ones are a really good deal, but they are really well done. Discreet labels but with letters /words that are big enough to be read, they do not ruin my spice jars design but on the contrary they put it into value. Moreover, this set includes 45 different spices names: among them, all spice, basil, tartar, chili powder, mint, sliced onion, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, dill, fennel, rosemary, sage, seasoned salt, poppy seed, bay leaf, caraway seed, cumin, marjoram, etc.
Easy to use because easy to place, I like their way their style, the writing which is both design and cheap, I think it is definitively a very good purchase if you need spices labels.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2016Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseI like these because they make my spices look uniform, but there are 3 issues:
1. The transparent label shows fingerprints when you stick them on the lid.
2. They are definitely missing some regularly used spices, such as Whole Cloves, White Pepper, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, etc. Yes, you can print your own, but it doesn't match.
3. If the spice is white or bright (such as cream of tartar or turmeric, the name shows up great. if the spice is dark in color, it is hard to see the name. I would actually prefer a solid white background with black letters.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2015Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseFor the price, you can't find much better. If you're a senior citizen, these may not be the labels for you because the text isn't very large and they're harder to peel off the backing. You'll need good vision, longer fingernails and some patience (the same skills necessary for untangling a necklace). To me, the extra time it takes (It's really only 15 seconds or so) to carefully take the labels off is worth the money I saved. These are so much more affordable than the other options available and they look really nice and actually fit on the tiny tops of my "Good Cooking" magnetic spice dispensers. If you're a bargain shopper (the kind of person who would rather untangle a necklace chain than purchase a new one) you'll love these.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2016Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseGot them quickly and it took me a second to figure out how to peel them without taking the backing off too but once I figured it out they are easily removed. My only issue is that my set was missing the sheet with the oregano and paprika stickers on it. I got a duplicate of one of the other sheets. I'm ordering another set and hopefully it will have the stickers I need.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2017Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseI prefer not to put labels on the jars themselves, because they'll inevitably get ground spice under the edges and fade, so I put them directly on a steel sheet I stick the containers to. Easy to see, a lot less chance of getting messed up.
I maybe should have not gotten round ones for that, but it still works fine and I actually like the visual effect of it. They're printed clearly and there are a few blanks you can write in yourself.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2011Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseI ordered two sets of these labels. They came quickly. That's the good news. The bad news is that they are being returned just as quickly. They are useless. The labels cannot be peeled from the backing without taking a portion of the backing with them. There is no adhesive left on the label to adhere to the spice jar once they are wrestled from the backing. Amazon should stop shipping this item until it checks the stock in the warehouse.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2012Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseI did a lot of research online to find these because I wanted spice containers that held more because I cook Indian food a lot...which means I use more spices more often. The size of these are really nice as they hold like twice one MCormick standard size bottle from the grocery store. Also, they are magnets, so I'v'e got mine stock to the side of my Fridge out of the way saving cabinet space.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect size and good selection.
Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseThese worked awesome for the spice jars I ordered from Amazon. They’re little but the bolt font makes them easy to read. They fit perfect on the small, square spice jars too.
They’re exactly what I needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fasten well, not good for black lids, as you can't see them!
Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseThese are great, fasten well and stay stuck (I bought them over 6 months ago) however, don't do what I did, buy them for black lidded spice jars! These are clear labels with black writing, I have to hold them at the right angle for the light to catch them so I can read them! Good thing I am organised and have my spices in alphabetical order!

Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseThese are pretty good. Was concerned by comments that hard to peel off. Tried on spice label never likely to use and soon found the knack to this. All came off cleanly without any blemishes. Plain ones to write on with permanent marker pen works well too. For the money very good value.

5.0 out of 5 stars Round labels
Size: Round, 50 CountVerified PurchaseI tried to write a feedback on these labels but was cut short on the number of characters used.
They are as seller describes.
I looked at the list of herb/spices prior to purchase. I was aware that some of the labels would not be of any use to me. However there are 5 blank labels included in the pack. The labels are a little tricky to remove from the backing sheet without marking with a fingerprint...even with clean hands. I don't know of a method for removing the labels without making a corner mark or a little ruffle. It shows when stuck to my chrome jar lids..which doesn't look attractive. Maybe someone out there has a foolproof method to achieve this.
I couldn't find any other suitable labels, but overall these are neat and serve the purpose.
