    It is a bit milder than the smoked paprika from the grocery store.

    The one thing I miss is a shaker top. They have a very attractive tin with a lid that needs to be pried off with a knife but it’s not difficult. I may put some into an empty spice container that has a shaker top.

    Soy gallego y como buen gallego, me encanta el pulpo. Por lo general me gusta prepararlo con pimentón dulce y un poco de picante (además de aceite de oliva y sal, claro), pero ahora tiendo a hacerlo con esta variedad de pimentón, ya que le da un toque más sabroso si cabe. Esa nota ahumada hace que este plato tenga un poco más de sabor, potenciando su base.

    Por lo demás, es un pimentón de calidad, de una conocida marca española y con una presentación impecable y cómoda para uso a discreción con una cucharilla o dosificador.
