A HOT SOAK IN A HOT BATH TO SOAK UP ALL THE MINERALS (80?)IN HIMALAYAN SEA SALT. I USED TO SOAK IN EPSOM SALT WHICH CONTAINS EPSOM SALT UNTILL I LEARNED HIMALAYAN SALT CONTAINS ABOUT 80 MINERALS NOW I COULD BE OFF ON THE COUNT BUT ITS CLOSE. I DO SUGGEST THIS BRAND AS YOU CAN FIND IT IN LARGE CHUNKS BUT CHUNKS DO NOT MELT IN YOUR BATH AT LEAST NOT FOR ME.
