Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Customers find the spice rack visually appealing and consider it good value for money. However, the spice variety receives mixed feedback, with some customers appreciating the great selection while others note that regular spices are not included.
I had high hopes for this product. However, I was in turn highly disappointed. It wasn't the inconvenience of having to unwrap, re-lid, and label all of my own spices. No. It was the 2 missing bottles of spices that broke my heart. And to had insult to injury, the company does not offer individual replacement spices or even containers that fit. Hopefully I don't need dill seed or pizza seasoning anytime soon.
I would rate this a 0 if I could. I cant believe the way this was even shipped to me. The spice box with a label on it and a ton of tape holding the spice rack box together. Yes no additional box!!! Absolutely no cushion, no protection and broken in a bunch of pieces. Whoever shipped it to me like this should be completely embarrassed. DO NOT BUY!!!
The product is exactly what my wife wanted for Christmas. The only thing i got a little hot about is the first one never showed up and the second one came in the product box, so my wife saw today! How can you give a gift when it shows up at your door step in the product box!

A good assortment of spices, so it gets 2 stars, but it suffers from one major flaw: The holes in the rack are slightly too small, so none of the spice bottles that you currently have will fit. This difference is only about 1/16th of an inch, but it means that if you have your own spices, you will have to re-bottle them in the supplied bottles, throwing out the spice that they provide. Also, if you break one of the bottles, it will be difficult to find a replacement.
My other beef is with the "Free spice refills for 5 years (shipping and handling fees not included)". This fee is $1 per small bag, so the resulting price per ounce is 20-30 time higher that what you pay at the grocery store.
I returned mine and am shopping for a better spice rack.
