If you're like me, and have a ton of spices taking up a lot of cabinet space in a disorganized mess, then this is the answer for you. All of the jars are nice glass with chrome plastic tops (I've uploaded a picture). The chrome rack holds all of the spices with no problems. It also takes up minimal counter space and looks nice. Now to debunk some of the issues people have with this:
SEAL - I've had no problem whatsoever with these jars sealing. Yes, the lids are plastic. And? I think you could probably over-torque them if you were trying to tighten them way too hard. But I tightened the lids very tight and they work just fine. I also tried the water test that the main review on here said, where they put water in one of the jars, sealed it, and water ran right out when turned sideways or upside down. Not the case (for me) AT ALL. I tried the same exact thing and a single drop didn't come out.
SHAKER HOLES - Yes, as many reviewers mentioned these jars only come with plastic shaker tops that suit more granular spices, like paprika for example. Yet if you're filling them with, say, crushed red pepper, you're not going to get anything out of them with the small holes. The solution is a simple singular hole punch. Just like the ones used around the office or school for papers. I picked one up at the local office store for 2 bucks. It punches holes in these shaker lids no problem. And they are the exact size of the bigger spice shaker holes. You can also punch holes as you see fit, adding more or less holes for the particular type of spice.
LABELS - While at the office store I also picked up some Avery 5422 multipurpose labels. These fit the jar lids almost perfectly, with just a tiny little bit of overlap which I actually like. You can use these with a computer and make custom labels, custom font, and have hundreds of labels for so many other things. All for around 5 bucks.
I really don't see how you can go wrong with this thing. It organized all of my spices, opened up space, looks great, and it's not expensive at all! If you need to organize a large collection of spices that you can't even see all of while cooking, look no further. This is the answer for you.

Great for apartment living where counter space is at a premium. Jars are glass, decent quality, with chrome-colored plastic lids. Perforated lids have holes that are a bit to small, but considering I always pop the perforated lids off my spice jars, it's a nonissue. I only had one jar that didn't seal tightly, which I didn't think was an issue as I already owned a similar-sized jar and just used that in its place. I also found that if you have existing spice jars that are a little bit larger than the ones included in this set, they will fit if you alternate them with the included jars (large jar, small jar, large jar, small jar, etc.) I personally don't like the labels that came with the set, but that's an aesthetic thing for me. I printed my own labels on the computer and used them instead (meaning I could get as fancy as I wanted with the lettering!). Overall, I'm pleased with the quality for the price.

I would recommend a funnel for powdered spices. Dried spices like thyme I was able to pour just fine with no mess, but ground cinnamon was a pain. I didn't bother buying a funnel, just folded one out of a small piece of paper and it worked fine. Is a funnel worth the investment? I guess it depends on how often you're refilling jars.
In terms of jar capacity, if you're buying the typical large McCormick spice container from the store, you won't get the entire thing in these jars (see picture - both spice containers were completely full before I transferred some of their contents to these spice jars). Doesn't bother me - I simply have my leftovers stored on a top shelf for refilling as needed, but your mileage may vary.
Overall? For the price, this is a darn good product. It's got a small footprint for those with limited counter space, the jars hold enough to be useful, and the construction is solid enough that it's not going to fall apart right away. Would definitely recommend.

What a great way to decorate kitchen with this beautiful spice rack!
It is very high quality with 18 glass jars. It comes with tight sealed lids with plastic shakers to keep spices fresh and aromatic .
I love to use spices in my cooking and I wanted them to be fresh in tight jars , the problem is that, it is not possible all the time.However these jars are great. The rack is made of high quality chrome and is extremely well made.It has been created with every aspect and detail kept in mind, for instance when I slide in the spice jar it doesnt slide back all the way or fall over, there are groves made so spice jar sits well , without any chance of rolling over or tumbling . Plain white labels also come in with the set so it is easy to mark up the spices and a cleaning cloth is also provided.
i love the exceptional quality and it was perfect time for me to change my old spice rack.
i really like it and I highly recommend it.

Chic und Platzsparend
Da ich nach dem Umzug keinen Platz mehr hatte um die bisherigen Gewürzgläser unterzubringen, musste eine andere Lösung her. So bin ich nach langer Suche auf diese Gläser gestoßen. Es gibt viele tolle Produkte, die die Hersteller sich aber auch gut bezahlen lassen. Dieses Produkt ist schön, praktisch und bezahlbar. Der Vorteil für mich ist das schlanke Design, so das das Regal nicht so viel Platz weg nimmt. Ich habe direkt zwei gekauft, die ich nach Bedarf hin und her schiebe.Y NChic und Platzsparend
