    O livro traz uma grande variedade de receitas de pastas e temperos de diversas regiões do mundo. As que eu fiz foram ótimas para dar um quê a mais nos pratos que estava fazendo. Só, para o paladar brasileiro, tive que dar uma reduzida no nível de picância.

    I found this book very interesting but it would've been nice with illustrations. Instructions are quite clear and easy to follow. The author could however tell the reader where to find the ingredients.

    Wow, da sind ja tolle Rezepte drin, das Buch empfehle ich jedem, der die Pasten lieber selber machen möchte, da sind dann garantiert keine unnatürlichen Konservierungsstoffe drin. Ich finde es einfach super.
