    Getrocknete Chili mit einer Länge von etwa 2 cm werden mühelos und zuverlässig geschnitten. Das damit erzeugte Schnittgut ist sehr fein, was bei der Schärfe von Chilis aber auch angebracht ist. Wenn man größere Mengen Chili benötigt, muss man schon ein paar mal mehr an dem Schneider drehen, was aber dank der griffigen Form kein Problem darstellt.

    Der Schneider ist sehr robust und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Austrittöffnung wird mit einem Deckel gut verschlossen, so dass keine Feuchtigkeit in den Schneider gelangen kann.

    Aufgrund des Designs passt der Schneider auch auf einen schön gedeckten Tisch, wie ich finde.

    Bisher habe ich es nicht vermisst aber gut wäre noch, wenn man den Schneidegrad einstellen könnte, was mit dem Schneider leider nicht möglich ist.

    Nachdem ich mich lange Zeit zum Mahlen von Chili mit Gewürzmühlen rumgeärgert habe, freue ich mich jetzt für einen angemessenen Preis diesen Schneider benutzen zu können.
