However, the pestle is a bit small (7.6 cm in length and 1.8 cm in diameter at the widest) compared to a typical pestle of the similar mortar size I used to have. Hence, it's more suitable for someone who has a small hand like a lady 5 feet tall. Nevertheless, this set is very low-priced which should be ok for those on a budget like me.
