    These are yummy. I used them for a beef tenderloin dish. I had not used brined peppercorn in anything before. These green peppercorns give a very smooth peppery taste that permeates the dish without leaving any harsh or bitter after taste like black peppercorn can. I had to chop these in a mini chopper. Even though they have been brined, they are still hard enough to make chopping a bit of a challenge for my knives. This is not a negative, just an observation. All in all, I would order these again when I need them.
