I was looking for individual spice racks like this so I could mount them inside kitchen cabinet doors and locate them so the missed the shelves ect. Remember you will loose 3" in the cabinet, but they worked perfect, the spices were taking up that space anyways. There is about 2-1/2" of space between the racks and the mounting surface, so most common sized spices fit easily. I mounted them to older solid wood cabinet doors, so the mounting screws worked perfect (for me). The racks will hold 5 - 2" bottles or 6- 1-1/2" regular sized spice bottles. No more going through the cabinets looking for the spices, nice. I purchased 8 racks, gave me enough room to store 45 spices, where I can see and reach them when I need them. If you have a need for individual spice racks, I would recommend them, they do the job.
