Spicy Chicken Chili With Tomatoes and Beans

Below is a mouthwatering chili featuring sautéed poultry strips in a poultry broth and tomato base. Sautéed chick, chopped onion and cut garlic is incorporated with minced chili pepper, crushed tomatoes. Black beans and kidney grains. Seasoned with chili powder, dried out oregano, salt and pepper, and simmered over reduced warmth to blend tastes. Specific bows are garnished with fresh cut cilantro and shredded Monterrey Jack cheese.

This is a one pot meal or a terrific side meal to your favored Mexican entrée. Excellent right after food preparation, this chili only obtains a lot better after sitting in the refrigerator over night.

Spicy Poultry Chili with Tomatoes and Beans

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Grease
1 White Onion, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, cut
1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chick Breasts, reduced into slim pieces
4 tsps Chili Powder
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
2 teaspoons Dried out Oregano
1 tsp Coarse Salt
2 Jalapeno Chili Peppers, seeded, ribs got rid of, diced
1-1/2 cups canned Crushed Tomatoes with their Juice
2-1/2 mugs canned Chick Brew
1 (15 ozs) could Pinto Beans, drained and washed
1 (15 ounces) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/3 cup cut Fresh Cilantro Leaves
1/2 cup shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

Prep work:

1. Include grease to huge pan. Heat over reduced warmth.

2. Sauté red onion and garlic in vegetable oil 3 mins or up until red onion is translucent and tender.
